The Social Responsibility course teaches in practice how to cope with people who have drinking problems, drugs problems and problems with gambling. Tools are being presented how to explain guests what is permitted and what is not in your establishment.
Establishments or organisations who serve and or sell alcoholic beverages have to comply to the regulations concerning Social Responsibility according to the Alcohol Act. This requirement does not only apply to managers and owners. There must be at least one person present during opening hours who is in possession of the SVH diploma Social Responsibility.
