In one day we will explain you the ins and outs according to HACCP and Allergens.
What do you learn during the course HACCP-Allergens – Day (1 day)?
During the one-day training you learn how to deal with perishable goods and how to apply the Hygiene Code in practice. Also, you learn how you have to inform your guests about allergens in your products, meals and drinks and how to register this in your food safety plan.
